Introduction

The sifting is a vital step in every granulation process which ensures the quality, efficiency and reproducibility of the final product.

The Volks Vita Sifter enables the efficient removal of extraneous foreign matter, oversized particles, agglomerates or fines generated during processing to precisely produce a high quality product of desired particle size ranges.

Principal

The sifter uses vibratory motor as the source of vibration, equipped with axial hammer on both side of the motor which transfer horizontal, vertical and oblique movement to the particle through the screen helps sifting down the particle. The particle movement can be adjusted by changing relative angle of the hammer installed axially on the vibratory motor
