Fully automatic capsule filling machine

Introduction

This machine is used to fill different types of products such as powder, granules, liquid, oil, semi-solid, gel, etc. in to the plastic or paper film. The machine is widely used in industries such as Pharma, Food & Dairy, Cosmetic, etc.

Working Principle:

This machine works on vertical form fill seal principle, based on type of the product to be filled filling mechanism will be selected. For granules packaging cup filling/volumetric filling used, for powder product auger filling is used, for oil or honey piston pump is used. Three sides or four sides sealed sachet or sticks can be manufactured based on the type of requirement.

Application:

• Sealing type: The bag can be sealed on three sides, four sides, or pillow, Gusset, etc.
• Packaging material: PE, HOPP, laminated film, etc.
• Suitable filling material: It is suitable for packing the granules, powder, liquid, semi-solid, etc.

• Back sealing, three-side sealing, four-side sealing packing method;
• The packing data and adjustment can be displayed on the HMI screen. The user can directly operate it on it;
• Assembled with a photoelectric controller to ensure that its packing bag figure are perfect;

• Adopts Computer Control System completely, it can finish the production’s process automatically such as making bags, counting, filling, sealing, cutting, printing batch number, etc.
