The cap elevator has storage bin where caps are manually fed, variable frequency driven conveyer transfer the cap from hopper to capping machine. It can be used for plastic & aluminium caps both. Different types and different sizes of cap can be transferred without using any change part. The machine has easy operation and maintenance with little consumableand spare parts.

• The equipment includes a storage bin and a cap lifting mechanism.
• The lifting mechanism speed can be adjusted and start/stop controlled by PLC.
• There is a inductive sensor in the storage bin, when there is no cap in the bin, it will be alarmed
• Structure is made up of SS 304 gives nice appearance & corrosion resistance
• Hopper (Volume at about150L) is capable to store numbers of caps
